New Administrative Officer on Board

Ms. Elnei has joined the Office of the National Public Auditor as an Administrative Officer I on December 13, 2004. Ms. Elnei is a citizen of Pohnpei, FSM.

Ms. Elnei worked as a Collection Supervisor at the Law Offices of Sipos & Berman, a law firm contracted by the Bank of Hawaii to collect the remaining loan portfolio for Kosrae and Pohnpei. Prior to joining Sipos & Berman, she worked as an Independent Contractor with the Hill Law Offices in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CMNI). She also worked as a Loan Supervisor at the loan production office of the Bank of Federated States of Micronesia in Saipan, CNMI. Additionally, she worked at the Bank of Hawaii, Pohnpei Branch, as a Service Assistant in the Commercial Loan Department. She also worked as a Bank Teller and a Secretary to the Bank Manager for the Bank of Guam, Pohnpei Branch for five years.
