I.T Administrator – Ankie Mendiola



Definition:

The IT Specialist or Computer support Specialist works with all facets of the business and has cross functional responsibilities for IT and Management as well as external partners in making sure that the information technology infrastructure and digital property is fully operational.

Typical work:

Support users on the varous Networks. This includes installation and repair of desktops, laptops, print equipments, and Network Components.
Troubleshooting Microsoft Office Issues and enabling users to become more effective in the field. Manage desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Document issues to determine root cause and help prevent future issues with the machine, system, and/or user.
Additional duties include ad hoc user help installing and troubleshooting equipment and purchasing computer related products.

Knowledge and Ability:

Strong familiarity with Windows Server 2003, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and all functions and program relating to these Operating Systems. Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and outlook features, Anti-virus and Anti-spyware solutions. Having a strong Networking experience. Knowledge of network Topologies, designs and management essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

An Associates degree from an accredited college or Institition in the field of computer science or related field and Two (2) years work experience.
